Hi, my name is Kulwinder Kaur. I am a student of Master of Education (Special Education) at Vancouver Island University Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. I belong to India and my previous education was Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Education and Master of Science(Hons.) in Chemistry. This website was created as a part of my final project for the completion of my degree. During my Master of Education in Special Education, I came across a number of topics. Burnout was the topic that draws my full attention towards itself. This website is created to help the viewers to understand the concept of burnout and the expanding impacts of it on the teachers. I got interested in this topic when I was working on my assignments related to different roles played by special education teachers during my degree. I found the term burnout which was affecting teachers in a number of ways. Then I searched the topic burnout in detail and results motivated me to create a website as a source that can be used to find a brief idea about burnout.
