  • Burnout was found to be effecting the personal life of teachers specially their relationship with their partner which resulted into sadness. Jacobson,  (2016)

Reason for Quitting Job

  • Emotional exhaustion was found to be most contributing factor in leaving job among teachers. Carlson,  & Thompson, (1995) 

  • Teachers suffer from mental, emotional and physical exhaustion during their job period. Physical exhaustion was found to be the most effective reason among teachers for quitting their job. Weisberg & Sagie, (1999)

  • A strong relationship was found between burnout and quitting job among new teachers. Høigaard,  Giske, & Sundsli, (2012).

Self Esteem

  • Increased burnout resulted in decrease in self esteem of teachers which effected their teaching. Beer, & Beer, (1992).

  • Self esteem was found to be negatively related to the all components of burnout. Ali, &  Baghery,  (2018)
